TIMOTHY JUSTUS, 46 years of age of Hurley, VA, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at his home following a sudden illness. Born in Grundy, VA, he was the son of Freda Dotson Justus Davis of Grundy and the late Billy Ray Justus. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and enjoyed fishing and gardening.

He is survived by His Mother: Freda Dotson Justus Davis, Grundy, VA, His Step-Father: Lonnie Davis, Grundy, VA, 1-Sister: Anita (Phillip) Russell, Pikeville, KY, 3-Brothers: Don “Ducky” (Angela) Justus, Chilhowie, VA, Gregory “He-Man” (Theresa) Justus, Hurley, VA, Jeffery “Smurf” (Abigail) Justus, Hurley, VA

Also, survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral Services for TIMOTHY JUSTUS will be conducted Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Andy Maynard officiating with burial to in the Justus Cemetery, Laurel Creek, Hurley, Virginia.

Friends may call at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel Monday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services at 7:00 P.M.

Active Pallbearers will be Leonard Davis, Leon Davis, Luke Davis, Don Justus, Jeff Justus, Greg Justus, Steven Justus, Randall Nichol, Rusty Sykes, Jerry Justus, Jerry Brian Justus, Michael Stacy, Samuel Justus and nephews.
