RUBY BLANKENSHIP MULLINS, 75 years of age of Hartwell, WV, passed away Monday, December 10, 2012 at her home following an extended illness. Born in Buchanan County, She was the daughter of the late Jim and Bertha Mae Stacy Blankenship. She was a resident of Buchanan County many years and was a member of the Old Country Church, Raysal, WV. She was a loving wife and step-mother, step-grandmother, step-great-grandmother and was a wonderful homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1-Sister and 3-Brothers.

Mrs. Mullins is survived by her husband, Bobby Mullins, Hartwell, WV, 4-Step- Daughters: Barbara (Willie) Hagerman, Jolo, WV, Linda (Marvin) Canipe, Lawndale, NC, Brenda (Thomas) Mullins, Paynesville, WV, Doris Hagerman, Shelby, NC, 3-Step Sons: Bobby (Donna Kay) Mullins, Lincolnton, NC, Edgar Mullins, Paynesville, WV, Andy (Brenda) Mullins, Hartwell, WV, 1-Sister: Georgia Mullins, Paynesville, WV, 1-Brother: Miles Blankenship, Roseann, VA

Also, survived by several Step-Grandchildren, Step-Great-Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Services for RUBY BLANKENSHIP MULLINS will be conducted Friday, December 14, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Old Country Church, Raysal, WV, with Revs. James Chapman and Jesse Estep officiating with burial to follow in the Mullins Cemetery, State Line Ridge #1, near Paynesville, WV.

Friends may call at the Old Country Church, Raysal, WV, Wednesday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 P.M.
