RICHARD ANDREW DOTSON, 46 years of age of Hurley, VA, passed away Monday, December 31, 2012 at his home following an extended illness. Born in Richlands, VA, he was the son of Eleanor Rowe Dotson, Hurley, VA, and the late James Carl Dotson. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and was a member of Two Hands for Christ Community Church, Paw Paw, KY. He was Owner/Operator of Dotson Trucking and worked as a Coal Truck Driver.

He is survived by his mother, Eleanor Rowe Dotson, Hurley, VA, His Pet Cat: Joey, 1-Sister: Shirley Carol and husband Dorse Tester, Paw Paw, VA, 2-Brothers: Jack Dotson, Lesters Fork, Hurley, VA, Mark and wife Debbie Dotson, Guesses Fork, Hurley, VA, 2-Nieces: Amanda Tester and fiance Olen Keith Celozzi, Paw Paw, VA, Lisa R. and husband Johnny Stiltner, Russell County, VA, 1-Nephew: Brody James Celozzi, Paw Paw, VA.

Funeral Services for RICHARD ANDREW DOTSON will be conducted Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Conn officiating with burial to follow in Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.

Friends may call at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services at 7:00 P.M.
