JOHN MICHAEL “JOHNNY” MILBAUER, 65 years of age of the Home Creek Section of Grundy, VA, passed away Sunday, November 25, 2012 at the Buchanan General Hospital following an extended illness. Born in New Jersey, he was the son of the late Leroy and Dorothy “Dot” Moore Milbauer Scott Sullivan. He was a resident of Buchanan County most of his life and was a member of the House of Prayer, Big Rock, VA. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and was a Disabled Coal Miner.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nellena Fuller Milbauer, January 10, 2012; 1-Son: Michael Lee Milbauer; and 1-Sister: Joyce Grizzle.

He is survived by 1-Daughter: Linda and husband Patten Stanley, Haysi, VA, 1-Son: Johnny Dewayne and wife Crystal Gail Milbauer, Grundy, VA, 1-Sister: Bertha Ann, Pikeville, KY, 3-Brothers: Sid Scott, Mouthcard, KY, Edward Scott, Mouthcard, KY, Dennis Milbauer, New Jersey, 3-Grandchildren: Stephanie Nicole and husband Terry Counts, Haysi, VA, Larissa LeAnn Stanley, Haysi, VA, Christopher Michael Milbauer, Vinton, VA, 2-Great-Grandchildren: Sydnee Isabella Counts, Haysi, VA, Brady Isaiah Counts, Haysi, VA, Special Niece & Caregiver: Mary and husband Roger Grizzle, Grundy, VA

Funeral Services for JOHN MICHAEL “JOHNNY” MILBAUER will be conducted Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Raymond Lester officiating with burial to follow in the Parrott Deel Cemetery on the Right Fork of Greenbrier, near Prater, VA.

Friends may call at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services at 7:00 P.M.

Active Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Employees of Heritage Hall Nursing Home, Merritt Medical Group and Lovejoy Medical Equipment; and Dr. J.G. Patel.
