JIM WADE MULLINS, 44 years of age of Paynesville, WV, passed away Friday, September 28, 2012 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY, following an extended illness. Born in Chestertown, MD, he was the son of Harriet Hurd Mullins, Paynesville, WV, and the late Earl Thomas Mullins. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and worked as a Machinery Operator in Cotton Mills, a Car Mechanic and a Coal Miner.

Mr. Mullins is survived by his wife, Karen Brummett Mullins, Paynesville, WV, and his mother, Harriett Hurd Mullins, Paynesville, WV, 3-Daughters: Kelly and husband Ryan Rowe, Bradshaw, WV, Kayla Mullins, Compton Mountain, VA, Kristen Mullins, State Line Ridge, VA, 1-Step-Son: William “Jr.” Bryant of the Home, 1-Sister: Anne and husband Jamie Price, Mooresville, NC, 1-Half-Sister: Anna Kirlin, Wilmington, DE, 1-Brother: Thomas and wife Brenda Carol Mullins, Paynesville, WV

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by 1-Son: James Wade Mullins and 1-Brother: Billy Mullins.

Funeral Services for JIM WADE MULLINS will be conducted Monday, October 1, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the Crossview Church of Christ, near Paynesville, WV, with Evg. Hobert Kennedy officiating with burial to follow in the John Stacy Cemetery on State Line Ridge, Paynesville, WV.

Friends may call at the Crossview Church of Christ Sunday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services at 7:00 P.M.
