GARY VANOVER, 58 years of age of Vansant, VA, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2013 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY, following an extended illness. Born in Buchanan County, he was the son of the late Burlin and Kelsie Clevinger Vanover. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and was a former Coal Miner.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2-Sisters: Linda Looney and Kathy Lester; 1-Brother: Homer Vanover.

He is survived by Twins: Jamie Ratliff, Harman, VA, Ginger Ratliff, Council, VA, Companion: Phyllis Davis, Vansant, VA,

1-Sister: Tracy Lynn Vanover, Maxie, VA, 4-Brothers: Eugene Vanover, Maxie, VA, Burton Vanover, Harman, VA, Grover Vanover, Prater, VA, Jessie Vanover, Vansant, VA

Funeral Services for GARY VANOVER will be conducted Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Vanover Cemetery on Big Charlie Hollow, Harman, VA.

Friends may call at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday morning at 9:30 A.M. to await the funeral hour at 11:00 A.M.
