EDNA DOTSON TESTER, 90 years of age of Hurley, VA, went home to be with the Lord on October 26, 2013 in Bedford, VA. Born November 15, 1922, to the late John H. and Mary Elizabeth Scarberry Dotson. She was a member of Bethany Bible Church, Hurley, VA. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and was a wonderful homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 71-years, Wayne Tester, May 26, 2011; 2-Sisters: Hazel Thornberry and Ida Page; 3-Brothers: Scott, Roy and Leonard Dotson.

Those left to cherish her memory are her brother Cecil Dotson, Hurley, VA, Her Daughter: Betty (John Russell) Dotson, Huddleston, VA, Her Sons: James (Shelvie) Tester, Moneta, VA, Danny (Tammy) Tester, Vinton, VA

Also, survived by her grandchildren: Johnny (Ester) Dotson, Mark (Taiwana) Dotson, Jeff (Setema) Tester, Lisa (Tim) Waller, Brad (Marcie) Tester and Amy (Tony) Wolford; 16-Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for EDNA DOTSON TESTER will be conducted Monday, October 28, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.

Friends may call at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel Sunday evening at 6:00 P.M.
