CYNTHIA FAYE STILTNER RICHARDSON, 51 years of age of Raven, VA, formerly of the Dave’s Branch section of Grundy, VA, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2013 at the Johnston Memorial Hospital, Abingdon, VA, following an extended illness. Born in Buchanan County, she was the daughter of Pleas and Birdie Beavers Stiltner. She was a resident of Buchanan County most of her life and was of the Baptist Faith. Cindy was a 1979 Graduate of Mountain Mission School and attended Milligan College. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and was a registered nurse at Buchanan General Hospital and Russell County Medical Center.

She is survived by her parents, Pleas and Birdie Beavers Stiltner, Grundy, VA, 2-Sisters: Jennifer (Kennith) Hurley, Grundy, VA, Jeannetta (Joseph) Santolla, Lebanon, VA, 2-Brothers: Darrell (Roxie) Stiltner, Grundy, VA, Donnie (Debbie) Stiltner, Jolo, WV

Also, survived by 3-Nieces, 3-Nephews, 1-Great-Niece and 3-Great-Nephews.

Funeral Services for CYNTHIA FAYE STILTNER RICHARDSON will be conducted Friday, August 16, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. James M. Swiney, Roger Hale, Ernie Hertzog and Paul Platt officiating with burial to follow in the Stiltner Cemetery on Dave’s Branch, Grundy, VA.

Friends may call at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel Wednesday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 P.M.

Active Pallbearers will be family and friends.
